Terms of Service

The service

Grain extracts a brand profile from sources you provide (a URL, file, or text), lets you edit and train it, and serves it to AI tools you connect over MCP. You must be able to form a binding contract to use it.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit and everything Grain extracts for you. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and serve that content back to you and the tools you connect. Only submit URLs and content you have the right to use.

URL fetching

When you submit a URL, Grain fetches that page on your behalf — you represent that this access is permitted. Public review scores are derived from publicly available pages and are opinions, not statements of fact.

Acceptable use

No scraping at abusive volume, no submitting content you lack rights to, no attempting to access other users' data, no reselling the service without an agreement.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We may change or discontinue features. Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time; your profile is exportable first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
